Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager - Demonware - Vancouver, BC Requisition ID: R026757 Job Description: Your Mission We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Project Manager to join the Game Services Department at Demonware. You will work closely with internal partners, game development studios and other teams within Demonware. Your job will involve managing multiple projects in a capable professional manner requiring limited guidance. Your teams and partners will require a pro-active approach to solutioning, planning, communication and delivering. This role is based in our Vancouver, BC office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs. What you bring to the table Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Proactive and knowledgeable with regards to all aspects of the project Constantly assessing and managing impact to scope, plan, budget, quality, stakeholders and risk Integrates stakeholder management into overall project management approach Build strong customer relationships with different partners who require different business and technical needs Have a level of technical understanding to be able to hold your own in high-level technical conversations, and represent your teams to customers and partners Ensure teams’ roadmaps are on track by handling risks and calling out when necessary Own scheduling projects, keeping teams on-task, projecting landmarks & deliverables Player Profile 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, programs, or product initiatives in game development, online services, or software environments. Experience partnering directly with game development studios, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex technical initiatives. Strong planning, organizational, and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and competing priorities across multiple teams. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing structure, clarity, and execution focus to complex problems. Sufficient technical understanding to engage credibly with engineering teams and technical leaders while translating information for diverse audiences. Proven ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across organizational boundaries without direct authority. Experience improving team processes, workflows, and operational efficiency through automation, tooling, or delivery best practices. Strong product mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery priorities. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across global teams and time zones. Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence; experience supporting commerce, platform, backend services, or live game environments is a plus. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
