Start YOUR career with DHL today… DHL Express currently has an opening for a CREDITs Processing Analyst 18 Month Contract in our National Office in Brampton, ON. In this role you will be responsible to support the CREDITs program, provide related support and manages exceptions and ensures the CREDITs process has been done on a timely basis and as per customer expectations. The position also performs a variety of support activities to ensure the CREDITs program offers the best customer experience possible. How will you contribute to the success of DHL? Credits processing & Casual refunds Following the credits process for top customers Update and modify all HS tables, User Defined Lists and Rule sets as required by the business Managing the credits data in sequence Managing the quality & audit for CREDITs submissions to CBSA Investigate and coordinate the resolution of incorrect, missing data or misleading information for CREDITs processing Monitoring and preparation of CREDITs claims to CBSA Improve customers’ experience of the CREDITs program in collaboration with the customer and brokerage leadership team Offers help to and collaborates with fellow team members, as well as with other departments as applicable Other duties within reason and as assigned Do you have what it takes? Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Proficient Data management skills Strong excel skills to check and audit batches Proficient verbal, written & organizational skills Able to work effectively under pressure Diligent attention to detail Motivated to learn and adapt to new assignments Thank you for your application.
