The Director will manage the provision of property tax services, overseeing processes and personnel for Real Estate and/or Business Personal Property assessment reviews to maximize client tax savings. This role also involves providing leadership, coaching team members, ensuring best practices, and actively participating in business development and account management.

The Tax Manager reviews client royalty obligations to identify tax savings and ensure regulatory compliance. They are responsible for preparing detailed reports and representing clients during audits with taxing authorities.
