Sommaire du poste Le Développeur principal ( e ) RPA & Agents AI est responsable de la conception, du développement et de l’optimisation de solutions d’automatisation intelligente basées sur la Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio). Il contribue à améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle en créant des RPA, des agents d’automatisation AI, ainsi qu'en intégrant des capacités avancées de Copilot/GPT dans les processus d’affaires. Il assure également la stabilité, la performance et l’évolution continue des solutions livrées.Responsabilités • Concevoir, développer, déployer et maintenir des RPA avec Power Automate;• Développer et maintenir des agents d’automatisation AI (Copilot Studio, GPT, AI Builder);• Optimiser les flux d’affaires et applications Power Apps;• Intégrer des fonctionnalités d’IA dans les processus (Copilot, GPT, modèles personnalisés);• Surveiller la performance et la fiabilité des automatisations et agents AI;• Documenter, améliorer et maintenir les solutions existantes;• Collaborer avec les équipes d’affaires pour identifier et prioriser les opportunités d’automatisation;• Assurer la sécurité, la gouvernance et la conformité des solutions Power Platform.Exigences du poste • Un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience;• Expérience démontrée avec la Microsoft Power Platform, surtout Power Automate, Power Apps et Copilot Studio;• Connaissance des principes RPA et de l’intégration de modèles AI;• Expérience avec les agents conversationnels ou copilotes (Copilot Studio);• Rigueur, autonomie et solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.Nous vous remercions de votre intérêt pour Dollarama. Requirements

At least eight years of experience and demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio, are required. Candidates should understand RPA and AI model integration, have experience with conversational agents or copilots, and demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and strong problem-solving skills.
