The Senior Machinist Technician will independently set up, program, and operate CNC and manual machinery while mentoring junior staff. They are also responsible for ensuring quality control, optimizing production processes, and maintaining a safe, organized shop environment.

Lead technical reviews of incoming requests and develop precise 2D drawings and 3D models for made-to-order sprockets. Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and accurately documented within the ERP system.
