Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements, and support the monthly close through reconciliations, variance analysis, working papers, and journal entries. Partner with operational teams and auditors, maintain and improve reporting systems and processes, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to repair requests, and help maintain airport terminal systems, outbuildings, and supporting facilities. Track maintenance work in the CMMS, document and escalate deficiencies, support infrastructure improvements, and operate equipment safely while maintaining positive tenant and customer relations.

Represent the airport owner’s interests across infrastructure planning, design, delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle management, coordinating consultants and internal stakeholders while ensuring safety, compliance, and long-term asset performance. Contribute to infrastructure assessments, capital planning, technical reporting, utility coordination, and engineering support for safety investigations and strategic decisions.
