En tant que surintendant(e), vous devrez : · Assurer la gestion globale de la construction, dont la conception, le budget et l’échéancier, de concert avec le (la) gestionnaire de projet, les maîtres d’ouvrage, les ingénieur(e)s et les architectes, pour vous assurer que le projet est réalisé à temps et en respectant les limites du budget pour des projets complexes de grande envergure. · Diriger les réunions du projet avec les parties internes et externes pour suivre et soutenir la progression continue de l’équipe. · Encadrer les membres de l’équipe du projet pour s’assurer de leur croissance et de leur perfectionnement professionnel. · Aviser la haute direction des problèmes potentiels, des interférences de travail et des difficultés de l’échéancier, tout en participant à la résolution de ces problèmes. · Être conjointement responsable du suivi, de la compréhension et des prévisions des rapports de coût du projet pour s’assurer qu’ils sont en accord avec l’estimation et que le flux de trésorerie reste positif. Ce poste est-il fait pour vous? · Vous avez un diplôme en construction et 6 à 8 années d’expérience en construction ou une combinaison équivalente de formation technique et d’expérience de travail sur des projets d’envergure (conception-construction, PPP, résidentiel, commercial, institutionnel ou services de santé). · Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des différentes disciplines en construction, des règlements en matière de sécurité, de la planification, du contrôle des coûts, du contrôle de la qualité et des dessins techniques. · Vous avez la capacité d’identifier rapidement les situations problématiques, d’évaluer les solutions de rechange, de fournir des solutions réalisables et de diriger une grande équipe vers la réussite. · Vous avez la capacité de gérer les relations avec les corps de métier et de vous assurer que l’échéancier est respecté afin que le projet soit un succès. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must possess a construction degree or equivalent technical training and 6 to 8 years of experience on large-scale projects, such as design-build or P3. Essential capabilities include deep knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, planning, cost control, quality control, and technical drawings, along with the ability to resolve problems quickly and manage trade relations effectively.
