Tasks

• Maintain full bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and GST/QST reports.
• Manage accounts payable, financial records, electronic documents, and administrative follow-ups.
• Support activities related to property management (rental board, leases, notices, utilities) and the mentorship platform (calendar, client relationship management, member support).
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients.
• Ensure effective use of digital tools.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping.
• Excellent command of QuickBooks (mandatory).
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Proprio Expert, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Bilingualism required: Intermediate-level English used approximately 60% of the time to serve an English-speaking clientele.
