Summary of Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department and ensure its efficient functioning.
- Identify, source, order, and price parts for heavy equipment.
- Provide support to mechanics, service teams, and customers to effectively meet their needs.
- Manage inventory, maintain optimal parts availability, and monitor orders.
- Coordinate urgent requests to minimize operational downtime.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Participate in improving departmental processes and controlling costs.
- Deliver professional customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in a parts clerk position, preferably within the heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial vehicle industry.
- Good knowledge of mechanical parts and heavy equipment components.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic parts catalogs.
- Experience with inventory management software or computer systems related to parts management.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and order-tracking skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with service and maintenance teams.
- Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and professionalism.
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year
Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
