What you will do in this role:

• Foster a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional Guest-focused service
• Evaluate the effectiveness and report on the metrics of all programs to the General Manager
• Manage teammate relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching and recognition
• Manage front of house, according to East Side Mario’s steps of service
• Promote a work environment for employees that is healthy, safe and based on respect and trust

What we are looking for:

• Previous management experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
• Post-secondary education is a bonus!
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional business acumen and team building skills
• Experience with orders, schedules and costing
