Front Desk Associate (Part-Time) — Hue Atelier Location: Toronto (West End / Roncesvalles) Position Type: Part-Time Compensation: Hourly + performance incentives

Hue Atelier is a modern nail and beauty space offering elevated, non-toxic services in a calm, refined environment.

In addition to nail services, we offer a curated beverage experience, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks, designed to enhance the overall guest experience. We are not a high-volume salon - we focus on quality, atmosphere, and thoughtful service.

The Role

We are looking for a front desk associate who is warm, polished, and highly organized -someone who understands that hospitality is everything. You will be the first and last impression of Hue Atelier, responsible for creating a seamless and elevated experience from arrival to checkout.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional presence Manage bookings, walk-ins, and service flow (Vagaro system) Answer calls, messages, and client inquiries Offer and serve beverages (including alcoholic drinks where appropriate) Ensure clients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit Process payments and promote add-ons or retail when suitable Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and lounge area Support technicians by keeping the schedule running smoothly

Requirements

Strong communication skills (English required) Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a client-facing environment Smart Serve certification required (or willing to obtain immediately) Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Photography skills for capturing social media content are a strong asset.

Availability

Must have flexible availability, including: evenings weekends (especially Saturdays & Sundays)
