1 year contract - maternity replacement

Our client is a privately-owned global designer, manufacturer and distributor of apparel. They have earned its reputation as a leading North American force in the design, development and distribution of a full range of apparel and accessories. Marketing products for all genders, to all retail tiers - from mass market merchants to high end department stores, specialty boutiques and sporting goods retailers.

We are currently looking for a customer service representative for their wholesale accounts to join their operations team. You will use your talent and experience in the fashion industry to help grow our company while providing impeccable service. The position is located in Ville Saint Laurent.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily execution of orders Ensure that all customer and vendor orders match Orders are processed and entered properly in our system Manage any discrepancies and alert the appropriate parties for corrective action Managing returns Managing sending out samples to customer as per sales team requests Working directly with the sales team Daily contact with the sales team and buyers of our major customers for modifications of orders Managing delivery issues and discrepancies to avert major charge backs and fines from our customers Continual evaluation of internal processes to improve productivity Allocation of Customer and Vendor orders, production delivery estimates

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (Apparel Industry experience) Experience with retailers like Costco, Walmart.

Experience with Momentis

Strong time management skills Proficient in basic MSOffice software
