Zubic Law is a modern, client-focused law firm looking for an experienced Law Clerk to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Ontario residential real estate law who also has experience in Wills & Estates.

Responsibilities

Residential Real Estate

Manage purchase, sale, refinance, transfer, and private mortgage files from start to finish. Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale and lender instructions. Prepare legal documents and closing packages. Conduct title searches and resolve title issues. Complete Teraview registrations and electronic closings. Coordinate with clients, lenders, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents. Manage post-closing matters and maintain accurate file records.

Wills & Estates

Prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, and related estate planning documents. Assist with estate administration files. Communicate with clients throughout the estate planning process. Maintain organized and accurate legal files.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ontario Real Estate Law Clerk. Experience with Wills & Estates. Strong knowledge of Ontario real estate transactions. Experience with Teraview and legal practice management software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
