We are seeking a junior litigation associate to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will gain exposure to corporate/commercial, real estate/property, and estates, trust, guardianship, and power of attorney disputes. Key Responsibilities • Assist the partners on files through all stages of the litigation process, with the expectation that the associate will eventually assume carriage of his/her own files • Attend hearings • Draft pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other court materials • Assist in and/or conduct examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, mediations, and hearings • Work closely with partners and fellow associates on complex matters • Provide intelligent, reasonable, and practical advice to clients • Support and mentor students and legal assistants
