We are looking for disciplined and self-motivated M&A Associate Lawyers to join our team in our Toronto office. Our Business Law group provides legal advice with respect to private mergers and acquisitions, complex reorganizations, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial matters.
What you will do:

What you bring to the role:
- 3-5 years of post-call related corporate commercial experience gained from a reputable law firm
- Broad corporate and M&A experience and proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a practical and pragmatic style toward providing expert legal solutions
- The ability to balance the demands of an emerging practice
KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $140,00 to $190,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
