Timber Block & Confort Design prefab homes located in Mirabel, are seeking a bilingual Sales Consultant to join our team.

Position Description:

• Greet visitors and guide them through the tour of our model homes;

• Professionally answer visitor questions and follow up as needed to assist them in their new home buying process;

• Professionally respond to information requests (phone and web referrals) and follow up as necessary;

• Keep contact records up to date by logging various activities (calls, emails, and meetings) in the customer relationship management (CRM) software;

• Engage in B2B networking;

• Manage various social media platforms.

We would like to meet you if you have:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience;

• Experience in selling new or prefab homes is an asset;

• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software;

• Bilingual (English-French), both spoken and written;

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required);

• New homes: 1 year (Preferred);

• Prefab homes: 1 year (Preferred);
