About the role

Job Description
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of installing doors and windows.
- Establish policies and methods to meet the work schedules.
- Coordinate the work and activities with contractors.
- Train trade workers in their jobs and safety procedures, according to company policies.
- Resolve work problems and provide solutions and method to improve productivity and quality of product.
- Be responsible for materials inventory, order materials and supplies.
- Prepare work progress reports.
- Interview and evaluate new workers.
Requirement
- Completion of secondary school
- 3-year related supervisory experience in windows and doors installation is required.
