About the role

They are looking for a proactive individual who can coordinate the activities of receiving, shipping, and subcontracting while ensuring compliance with procedures and the satisfaction of internal and external clients.

Tasks
- Receive, verify, and record goods according to established procedures.
- Control the quantity and quality of received materials.
- Identify, inventory, and classify items in an orderly manner, update inventories in the ERP system or Excel.
- Coordinate shipments and pickups with subcontractors and track deadlines.
- Prepare and ship orders while adhering to internal procedures and shipping document compliance.
- Plan daily local deliveries and pickups.
- Participate in inventory discrepancy analysis and propose solutions to improve logistics flows.
- Perform other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or operations role.
- High school diploma and relevant training in logistics or administration.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or an ERP system.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, dynamism, and the ability to handle stress.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or industrial sector is an asset.
