Join ID Technology Canada as a Maintenance Associate and support production operations through proactive maintenance and facility upkeep. What You‘ll Do * Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment * Conduct facility inspections and general building maintenance * Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues * Perform minor electrical repairs * Coordinate maintenance scheduling with supervisor * Complete other related duties as required What You Bring * High school diploma or technical diploma in maintenance, electrical, or related field * Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. * Experience operating a forklift * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to work independently and in a team * Good communication skills Physical Requirements * Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70+ lbs occasionally * Frequent bending, twisting, and standing The regular workweek is forty (40) hours, Monday to Friday; however, hours may vary and include evenings or weekends based on production demands and emergency situations. Requires a high school or technical diploma in maintenance or electrical fields and proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to operate a forklift and physically lift up to 70+ lbs occasionally.
