You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and again in the afternoon to bring students safely back home. No experience as a bus driver is required! We’re proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed. Your day will include: A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between. No working nights or weekends unless you want to. Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available. School Bus Driver benefits: $23.00/hour starting wage. No experience necessary. We offer training! Child-Ride-Along Program – a perfect opportunity for working parents Additional hours available – charter route opportunities! Up to $2000 School Bus Driver Retention Bonus - Become a driver with us, maintain a minimum of 95% attendance throughout the year and get paid for it! What you’ll do

The driver will be responsible for the safe transportation of students, involving early morning before-school pickups and afternoon drop-offs, operating on a split shift schedule. Additional hours may be gained through available trips and charters.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license held for a minimum of 3 years; no prior bus driving experience or college degree/high school diploma is required as training is provided. The position is subject to a background check.
