Job Title: Tactical Mobile Guard Job Location: Toronto, Ontario Salary: $18.35 per hour Type: Part Time Shifts: Monday – Thursday / Tuesday – Friday; Nights; 2100hrs - 0600hrs (9PM – 6AM) SHIFT NOTE: Shifts will stagger and shift throughout the week and may start early and/or finish later) Tactical Security Guard Flex Point Security Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional part-time Tactical Mobile Security Guards to conduct overnight patrols throughout residential neighbourhoods in Toronto, Ontario. This is a night-shift position that requires the guards to operate a company patrol vehicle. The successful candidates will provide a highly visible security presence, deter criminal and suspicious activity, respond to resident concerns, and help protect homes, vehicles, and community property. Skills and Requirements: * Valid Ontario Security Guard License * G-Level Driver’s License * Clean drivers abstract * Valid First Aid and CPR Certification * Strong written and oral communication skills * Proven, excellent observational and reporting skills * Strong situational awareness * Ability to de-escalate * Willing to be on-call and respond to emergencies * Reliable (previous attendance records will be analyzed upon application) * 1+ years of security experience * Minimum 6 months mobile experience * Post-secondary education in Police Foundations, Security and Investigations, Criminology, Community and Justice Services, or Law is considered an asset Responsibilities: * Conduct scheduled and randomized vehicle patrols throughout assigned neighbourhoods. * Perform foot patrols and property checks when required. * Monitor residences, streets, laneways, parks, parking areas, and other designated locations. * Maintain a visible security presence to discourage theft, vandalism, trespassing, vehicle break-ins, and other unwanted activity. * Identify and document suspicious persons, vehicles, hazards, and unusual activity. * Respond promptly and professionally to resident calls and security concerns. * Complete vacation-watch checks and property-specific patrol requests. * Contact police, fire, emergency medical services, or Flex Point Security’s supervisory team when necessary. * Preserve incident scenes and cooperate with emergency services. * Complete detailed mobile patrol logs, occurrence reports, and incident reports using the company’s reporting system. * Follow assigned patrol routes while varying patrol times and patterns to maintain unpredictability. * Inspect and responsibly operate the assigned company vehicle. * Comply with all Flex Point Security policies, post orders, safety procedures, and applicable laws. * Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, properties, access information, and patrol procedures. Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License, a G-level driver's license with a clean abstract, and valid First Aid/CPR certification. At least one year of security experience, including six months of mobile patrol experience, is required.
