Job summary
Exciting opportunity to join FNZ growing team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-focused Technical Writer to join our team. This role will focus on creating clear, user-friendly documentation for our wealth management platform. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, product managers and developers to translate complex financial and technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences—clients, regulators, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Write, review and maintain documentation including product documentation, technical information and end-user help pages. * Collaborate with SMEs to extract and structure content from handovers, product demos, design documents and technical specifications. * Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and iterative review cycles to refine documentation quality and completeness. * Work within a global content management strategy to ensure sharing and reuse of information where appropriate. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * At least two years’ experience writing high-quality software documentation, ideally within financial services or wealth management. * Strong understanding of the wealth management industry. * Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, structure, and usability. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive approach to learning new topics and translating complex information into user-friendly guidance. * Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, managing multiple documentation streams and adapting to evolving requirements. * Comfortable reaching out to colleagues and partners to chase updates, clarify details, and drive progress.
