The Product Development Specialist will research market trends and develop, refine, and maintain the company's commercial insurance product suite. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and provide training to brokers.

Independently investigate and assess a caseload of property and casualty claims from first notice through closure. Coordinate with legal counsel, vendors, and stakeholders while preparing detailed reports for management.
