Job summary
Franklin Empire Inc. supplies electrical components for new construction, renovation, and maintenance of industrial plants, residences, and commercial buildings. We provide OEM and MRO solutions, lighting design, inventory management, training, automation expertise, and specialty services. We are currently seeking a Project coordinator for our Construction / Residential team. The main responsibilities for this position are: * Coordinate and ensure the delivery of projects to meet targets; * Serve existing or prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm; * Ensure follow-ups on all aspects of projects, quotes and opportunities; * Take customers’ orders while trying to increase sales and profits; * Respond to quotes and provide technical documentation or information; * Verify and inform customers of overdue orders (B.O.); * Order goods directly from our suppliers when required; * Coordinate customer change requests; * Negotiate prices, when necessary, based on certain pre-established scales; * Suggest alternative or related products as required; * Maintain and promote good relationships with our client partners; * Promptly resolve client issues; * Identify and proactively implement opportunities for process improvement. The main requirements for this position are: * 1-3 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry; * Strong sense of urgency; * Proven ability to prioritize; * Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
