What you’ll do Live Bird Handling * Receive and handle live birds according to animal welfare guidelines. * Hang live birds safely and humanely on the processing line. * Monitor bird condition and report concerns immediately. Slaughter & Primary Processing * Perform slaughter tasks in compliance with regulations and facility SOPs. * Remove birds from the line and place birds onto the line as needed. * Strip wax, pull pin feathers, and complete other de-feathering steps. * Maintain steady workflow to meet production targets.
