Key Duties & Responsibilities Procurement Lifecycle Lead the full procurement lifecycle - identify, evaluate, and select vendors. Collaborate with business and technical teams on RFX based procurements. Issue requisitions, purchase orders (POs), receipt of goods and services and invoices in accordance with all standards. Identify opportunities for cost savings and maximizing value. Convert IT spend from expense to order-based purchases. Track and report actual spend vs. budgets and forecasts. Contract Management Maintain a centralized repository of contract data. Lead the end-to-end contract renewal process and spearhead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms. Partner with legal, IT and cybersecurity to define contract standards. Vendor & Risk Management Manage ongoing vendor relationships. Conduct regular vendor meetings with product owners and stakeholders. Communicate upcoming vendor webinars and events with team members. Identify upcoming releases, new products and issues with team members. Assess and mitigate vendor risks. Proactively manage issue resolution and escalation paths with vendors. Continuously monitor marketplace, trends, vendor assessments and competitors to identify new opportunities. Communication & Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams. Collaborate across the organization, including Legal and Cybersecurity, to ensure compliance. Notify internal teams of upcoming vendor events, service releases, and updates. Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, and complex contract administration such as Google, Amazon, Workday (or other ERP providers) and Salesforce. Strong understanding of the full procurement lifecycle (sourcing to payment). Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and lifecycle management. Proficiency in tracking procurement KPIs, reporting, and invoice processing. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal and cybersecurity stakeholders. Strong contract negotiation skills. Strong understanding of IT contract terms and structures. Strong analytical skills to assess vendor risk and performance. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously. Base Salary Hiring Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually What Do We Offer You?
