We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in retail management, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the capability to manage various aspects of store operations, including inventory control, employee training, and customer service. Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise. * Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. * Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Assist in merchandising, pricing, and marketing efforts to drive sales. Qualifications * Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. * Experience in cash handling, cashiering, and retail math. * Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control processes. * Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for customer engagement. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
