MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. * Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline or collaborating with customer stakeholders. * Experience with performance media, including measurement, attribution, optimization and new business line development with the knowledge of digital tactics, for search and performance tactics. * Experience in business development, customer relationships, and consultation within the media industry. * Experience working collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally. * Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey how growth hacking can deliver growth.
