What You'll Do * Meet daily production targets for window assembly * Carefully handle parts, materials, tools, and equipment to prevent breakage or damage * Combine frames and assemble jamb extensions, mullions, and brickmould * Install casement and awning operators, hinges, cam locks, slider locks and rollers, and drain hole covers * Cut and trim stops, install single-hung hardware, and insert sealed units into frames and sash * Maintain quality standards with a 0% failure rate at the next station * Reject and report any damaged frames to the supervisor * Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned * Maintain a clean, organized workstation and contribute to overall facility cleanliness * Ensure all operations are completed accurately and on schedule * Participate in documented quality control processes Qualifications * Must live in the greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Able to complete a high volume of work within deadlines * Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude Why Work With Greenfox * Competitive hourly wage: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience * Extended healthcare benefits after the probation period, fully covered by the company * RRSP matching program * Gym membership discount * Team-building events and employee referral program * Fast-paced, dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth * On-site parking Greenfox Windows & Doors is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace.
