Role: Sr. Site Reliability Engineer Location: Canada-Remote Type: Long term contract Job Details: 7-9 years of hands-on engineering experience in SRE tooling, automation, AIOps, or production reliability engineering. Strong programming experience with Python, APIs, scripting, and system integrations. Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools. Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI workflow orchestration. Experience building automation, internal tools, operational dashboards, runbook automation, or AI/ML/GenAI-enabled utilities. Retail technology experience is strongly preferred, especially in eCommerce, OMS, fulfillment, inventory, payments, store systems, or customer-facing digital platforms.
