Manage and support dealerships across the region to increase sales revenue, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction in line with company objectives. Set and monitor sales targets, coordinate vehicle distribution and stock planning, conduct dealer inspections, develop sales action plans, and report on regional performance.

Maintain employee records and HR systems, prepare HR documents, respond to employee enquiries, and support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee benefits administration. Coordinate HR programmes, training, reporting, compliance activities, and office and supplier needs.
