Lead the Board’s facilities planning, capital projects, building renewal, and day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, responsible budgets, accessibility, sustainability, and safe learning environments. Supervise a multidisciplinary team, advise senior leaders and trustees, oversee reporting and emergency readiness, and build effective relationships with municipal, provincial, and community partners.

Provide instructional, operational, and relational leadership for an assigned Family of Schools and central portfolios, aligning school improvement with board and Ministry priorities. Analyze student outcomes, build leadership capacity, steward resources, and partner with school communities and Indigenous Host Nations to advance equity, reconciliation, and student success.

Provide supportive interventions for students with diverse learning, behavioural, physical, social, emotional, and medical needs in regular and special education settings. Collaborate with teachers, follow student accommodation and support plans, assist with personal care and mobility, and participate in required professional development.
