Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end software engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution. • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and success criteria. • Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and dependency resolution across technical and non-technical teams. • Implement agile methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity. • Monitor project health through KPIs, reporting progress to leadership and adjusting strategies as needed.
