Sous la supervision du superviseur principal, le/la superviseur(e) exploitation: · Planifie, organise, dirige et contrôle l’ensemble des activités d’une équipe de travail multidisciplinaire; · Supervise une équipe de travail; · Veille à l’application et au suivi des méthodes de travail sécuritaires et productives et maintiens un contrôle efficace de la qualité du travail; · Fait la promotion de la santé et la sécurité ainsi que des standards environnementaux et s’assure qu’ils sont respectés; · Agit en tant que leader quant à la promotion d’un environnement de travail équitable, inclusif et diversifié où tous les individus se sentent valorisés, soutenus et peuvent réaliser leur plein potentiel. · Possède un DEC en technologie minérale - option exploitation ou un équivalent; · Détient un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine minier (sous terre ou en fosse), avec une expérience en supervision; · Avoir à cœur la santé et la sécurité au travail ; · Possède de bonnes habiletés au travail d’équipe et à l’ouverture au changement ; · Connaît la législation et la réglementation en vigueur dans l’industrie minière ; · Détient une facilité d’apprentissage, une bonne capacité à communiquer tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, une bonne écoute ; · Possède la formation modulaire du travailleur minier (FMTM 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 et 7) ; · Détient un permis général d’explosifs valide.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a college diploma (DEC) in mineral technology or equivalent and possess at least 5 years of mining experience with supervisory duties. Required certifications include the modular mining worker training (FMTM) and a valid general explosives permit.
