Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Business Solutions Specialist to support the improvement, and ongoing optimization of our ERP systems and business processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operational needs, improve workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and support users across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of business operations, data management, and process improvement. Responsibilities Assist with ERP system improvements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Collaborate with departments including operations, procurement, accounting, sales, and inventory management to improve system workflows Configure, test, and support ERP modules and integrations Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide user support and training Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and reporting tools Assist with data migration, validation, and system setup activities Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business operations Coordinate with software vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on projects and system enhancements Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business systems and operational processes Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems Qualifications Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Previous experience working with ERP systems implementation, administration, and support Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, and process improvement Experience with ERP platforms. SYSPRO experience would be considered an asset. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with reporting tools, SQL, or data analysis is considered an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience leading or supporting ERP implementation projects Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, accounting, manufacturing, or distribution processes Experience with system integrations and workflow automation Project management experience is an asset Compensation & Benefits Competitive Wages – Based on experience and trade tickets.
