This role is responsible for fabricating sheet metal components used in custom HVAC equipment, requiring precision, technical expertise, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced industrial environment. Hours of Work Full-time, 4pm - 1:30 am Monday to Thursday 4pm- 12:30am Friday 44-hour work week Occasional overtime available Key Responsibilities Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and specifications Cut, notch, bend, and form metal stock into components Operate metalworking equipment including: Press Brake Shear Notcher Forklift (asset) Clean, maintain, and lubricate machinery and tools Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards Complete projects within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Support a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or HVAC shop environment (asset) Minimum Grade 12 education Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications Forklift and crane operation experience (asset) Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate fabrication equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required Physically fit and able to handle loads up to 23 kilograms What We Offer Competitive Wages Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Coverage – premiums fully paid Paid Vacation RRSP Program Long-Term Disability Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Free On-Site Parking Company Events and Team Initiatives
