🚨 Hiring: Business Systems Analyst 📍 Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada 💼 Job Type: Full-Time 🏢 Work Mode: On-site Key Responsibilities: Manage ERP, CRM, IT operations, and business systems. Lead system improvements, reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. Oversee IT vendors, cybersecurity, and technology budgets. Improve business processes, data quality, and system performance. Requirements: 7+ years of IT or business systems experience. 3+ years of ERP ownership in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, analytics, and information security. Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills. Education: Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or a similar ERP, knowledge of Microsoft 365, analytics, and information security, strong leadership and communication skills, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
