Job details

Overview of the role: We are looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our in-house studio, where strategy becomes finished work across video, motion, social, and digital channels. You will own the creation of high-quality content from brief to delivery, working closely with creative, strategy, account, and production management teams. This role suits someone who is equally strong in craft and in process, and who is energized by using new tools, including AI, to work faster and smarter without compromising quality. Target Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Key duties and responsibilities: Create, edit, and finalize content across video, motion graphics, social, and digital formats, from concept through delivery. Translate creative concepts and brand guidelines into polished, platform-ready assets. Adapt and version content at scale across channels, formats, and markets. Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, editing, and versioning, applying sound judgment on quality, brand safety, and appropriate use. Partner with producers to scope work accurately, flag risks early, and deliver on time and within budget. Maintain brand consistency and uphold client and legal requirements across all deliverables. Contribute to studio workflows, templates, and best practices that improve speed and consistency. Stay current on content trends, platform changes, and emerging tools, and share what you learn with the team. Required skills and experience: 3-5 years of experience creating content in an agency, studio, or in-house production environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), plus familiarity with tools such as Figma, Frame.io, or similar. A strong portfolio demonstrating range across video, motion, and social content. Comfort with AI, including hands-on experience using generative and AI-assisted tools in your workflow, and a thoughtful view on where they add value and where human craft matters most. Strong storytelling instincts and a keen eye for design, pacing, and detail. Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment. Clear, confident communication with both creative and non-creative partners. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and openness to feedback. Nice to have: Prior automotive work.
