Maintenance Planner, Adams Lake, British Columbia As a Maintenance Planner at Interfor, you’ll join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key part in keeping mill operations running smoothly and efficiently. As a Maintenance Planner, you’ll coordinate, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities, working closely with skilled tradespeople and leadership. Systems Management: Manage CMMS/EAM systems, maintain accurate records, and implement best practices for maintenance processes. Team Leadership: Lead and support tradespeople, fostering productivity, safety, and effective communication across teams. Resource Coordination: Organize tools, materials, and contractors; develop job scopes, estimates, and schedules to meet operational needs. Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, monitor performance, and drive improvements in maintenance efficiency, cost savings, and compliance. What You’ll Offer Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide teams and communicate effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Hold a post-secondary technical degree or trade certification, with 3–5 years of relevant maintenance planning experience and understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance processes.
