We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler and Project Controls professional who is interested in an on-site position supporting complex, mission-critical programs. Experience We're Looking For * 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) * Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools * Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM) * Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments * Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functions * Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles * Experience supporting engineering, technical, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projects * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams Preferred Experience * ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments * Primavera P * Open Plan Professional * Acumen Fuse * Deltek Cobra * DOE, DoD, NNSA, Federal, or National Laboratory environments * Active or previous security clearance * Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) At IMS, we know great opportunities start with great people.
