Skilled in patch assessment, maintenance windows, reboots, dependencies, and recovery. Troubleshooting expertise in Windows services, Event Viewer, Registry, networking, and failed patches. Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and Windows security configurations. Proficient in PowerShell for validation, troubleshooting, and evidence collection. Ability to maintain test logs, assess risks, and communicate technical findings.
