About your**

role:

Aspeya’s Consumer Health category has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Activation Manager, to lead our offline activation strategy and execution across Canadian markets, bringing the product journey to life through tangible consumer exper

iences.

Your past experience creating meaningful offline brand interactions via pop-ups, retail partnerships, experiential marketing events, and sampling campaigns that drive trial and purchase, will complement our digital-first a

pproach.

This is the opportunity to be part of the launch of a new consumer health brand and business within natural Dietary Supplements, and see products come to market in 2025 an

d beyond.

    Serving as the bridge between online marketing efforts and physical brand presence to create a cohesive consum

  • er journey.Designing and implementing offline brand activation strategies aligned with our product p

  • ositioning.Lead the development of pop-up retail experiences, event sponsorships, and experiential marketing i

  • nitiatives.Build and manage relationships with retail partners, event venues, and experiential marketi

  • ng vendors.Ensure all activations comply with Health Canada regulations and maintain brand

  • integrity.Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless omnichannel brand e

  • xperiences.Develop and implement data capture methodologies to connect offline interactions with online custom

  • er journey.Align offline activation calendar with digital campaigns, product launches, and seasonal opp

  • ortunities.Develop KPIs for offline activations and establish measurement methodologies to track conversion, engagemen

  • t, and ROI.Manage offline activation budget with clear accountability f

  • or results.Analyze performance data to optimize future

  • campaigns.Report on activation metrics and effectiveness to Commercia

  • l Director.Oversee the creation and production of all physical brand assets and event infr

  • astructure.Manage field marketing teams including brand ambassadors, demo staff, and event

  • personnel.Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with complementary health/wellness brands, fitness. studios, and lifest

  • yle venues.Optimize resource allocation to maximize impact acro

ss markets.

Our healthcare brand and range of products will focus on enhancing energy and focus naturally in the human body, using a systematic and holistic approach. Our team of Product, Brand and CX experts will build trust with our consumers to educate them and deliver the highest quality service. The Brand Activation Manager will be fundamental to bringing our products to life through consumer experiences, and it will require a highly collaborative and innovative person to help us on t

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Event Management. Master's degr

  • ee is an asset.Minimum 3 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, or field

  • marketing rolesExperience in health/wellness, CPG, or DTC sec

  • tors preferred.Trade merchandising experienc

  • e is essential.Demonstrated success in driving consumer engagement through physical and offline bra
