We are looking for a high-level professional to step into a role that values excellence and building strong relationships across the organization. This is the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented, multitasker who is a proactive problem solver and is passionate about work that involves organization, efficiency, and support at a high level.
As the Executive Legal Administrator, you will provide senior administrative support to the General Counsel and will coordinate the administration functions within the Legal Services Branch. This will include highly confidential and detailed work that may pertain to internal and external investigations, HR related activities, court litigation, freedom of information requests and other highly sensitive matters.
The employee will have good time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and be flexible and able to adapt to varied workflows. This position exemplifies a professional environment for internal and external
stakeholders while ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have a certificate in a one-year Office Administration program or similar program and 4 years of related experience in a legal field and be eligible for appointment as a Commissioner of Oaths.
This role is subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.

The Water Security Agency is a unique organization in Canada – bringing together the majority of government’s core water management responsibilities in one place. We manage the province’s water supply, protect water quality, ensure safe drinking water and treatment of wastewater, own and manage 72 dams and related water supply channels, reduce flood and drought damage, protect aquatic habitat and provide information about water.
