Job Description
As an Associate Director, Program & Events, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of various programs and events within the Wealth Management platform. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing event strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Evaluating event success and providing recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event management or program development.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
