Job Description

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team in the kitchen area, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the customer service team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Train new staff on customer service protocols.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Other Relevant Details

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
