Key Lake - Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world’s largest high-grade uranium mill. The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.
Position and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the safe operation of active mill circuits in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to meet operating plans.This includes monitoring environmental, safety and process controls, safe execution of facility operator care rounds and water treatment circuits and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum four years of relevant work experience
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Assets:
- Previous Operator 2 experience
