Key Responsibilities
60% Proposal coordination, Document control:
- Provide administrative support to the engineering team, management, and clients
- Coordinate office activities
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and document filing
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations as needed
- Assist in project coordination, tracking deadlines, and communicating updates
- Assist in preparation of RFPs and help with management in organizing the documents as needed
- Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly
20% Office administration:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Help organize team meetings, events, and other company activities
- Managing management schedule and help with coordination of daily tasks
20% Management Assistance:
· Attend meeting with management, taking notes and minutes
- Help in finding new project opportunities
- Working closely with CEO and Office Manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in engineering, construction, or similar industries)
- Bachlor degree in office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A commitment to personal growth and contributing to team success
- Valid Driver license
