Le poste :

Nous n’aurions pas pu bâtir le plus important réseau de livraison de nourriture au Canada sans nos formidables partenaires. Notre équipe des ventes est chargée d’acquérir les partenaires les plus performants, de les accueillir dans notre communauté et de forger avec eux des relations durables fondées sur la valeur, la confiance et le soutien. SKIP, tout le monde gagne. En tant que directeur·trice des ventes externes, ton travail consiste à prendre les guides de ton territoire et à en favoriser le succès. L’offre stimule la demande, et tu maîtrises l’offre dans ton marché. Ton objectif est de t’assurer que la clientèle de Skip trouve chez nous les restaurants et les détaillants qu’elle connaît et recherche.

Ton apport au menu :

  • Élargir les choix offerts aux membres par l’entremise de nouveaux partenariats, plus particulièrement avec les meilleurs restos et détaillants de ton territoire. Tu demeureras à l’affût des endroits les plus populaires en ville, et tu veilleras à intégrer les nouveaux partenaires au réseau en leur assurant le soutien essentiel à leur réussite.
  • Établir et gérer d’excellentes relations avec les partenaires, tout au long du cycle de vente.
  • Cela comprend la planification de réunions, d’appels et de suivis, de solides compétences en présentation, la communication narrative de données et la collaboration avec nos équipes des finances, des ventes, du menu, de l’intégration et de la gestion des comptes.

Nous recherchons des personnes ambitieuses et dotées d’un grand sens de l’initiative, qui ont faim de réussite et qui veulent nous aider à progresser. Nous ferons ressortir le meilleur en toi, mais les compétences suivantes sont également essentielles à ta réussite :

  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou expérience équivalente.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en vente interentreprises (B2B).
  • Expérience reconnue de vente par représentation.
  • Désir de poursuivre des objectifs ambitieux et de posséder son propre marché.
  • Capacité à comprendre les données et à les transformer en renseignements utiles pour en raconter l’histoire.
  • Excellentes compétences en préparation de présentations.
  • Compétences hors pair en communication, en organisation et en négociation.
  • Capacité à penser de façon créative et à trouver des solutions gagnantes pour tout le monde.
  • Soif d’apprendre et d’évoluer.
  • Vif souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches efficacement.
  • Expérience dans le secteur de la restauration, un atout.
  • Mentalité de gagnant·e.
  • Permis de conduire valide.

About this role:

We couldn’t have created Canada’s biggest food delivery network without amazing restaurant partners. Our Sales team is responsible for acquiring those top partners, welcoming them into our community and ensuring we are creating long-lasting win/win relationships built on value, trust and support. Working at Skip as an Outside Sales Executive is all about taking ownership of your territory and driving its success. Supply drives demand and you are the owner of supply in your market. Your goal is to make sure every customer that comes to Skip can find the restaurants they know and love.

What’s On Your Plate:

  • Expand consumer choice through top partner acquisition with the best local partners in your territory. You’ll be on the lookout for the hottest partners in town and take responsibility for bringing them onto the network and setting them up for success.
  • Build great partnerships with restaurant partners through end to end sales cycle ownership
  • This includes scheduling meetings, calls and follow ups, strong presentation skills, data storytelling and cross functional collaboration with our Finance, Sales Operations, Menu, Onboarding and Account Management teams

We’re always on the lookout for the most talented candidates out there. We have ambitious plans to dominate the food, grocery, and retail delivery space in Canada and our growth shows no signs of slowing down. We are looking for determined self-starters who are driven to win and excited to make an impact and take us to the next level. We’ll bring out the best in you, but these skills are extremely valuable:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • 3 to 5 years of previous B2B and selling experience
  • A proven track record of field sales
  • A desire to take ownership of an ambitious target and own your market
  • Capability to understand data and turn it into effective insights and storytelling
  • Excellent deck-building and presentation skills
  • World-class communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and find win/win solutions
  • Eager to learn and improve
  • Razor-sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Restaurant industry experience is considered an asset
  • Winners mentality
  • Valid, full driver’s license required.
