What You’ll Do (And Be Proud Of Every Day)

Yard & Warehouse Operations

• Keep our yard and warehouse organized, clean, and efficient—because your space is your pride.
• Load and unload heavy equipment and materials with care and precision.

Equipment & Inventory Management

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and skid steers like a pro.
• Help manage inventory—track, label, and store materials accurately.
• Perform basic maintenance, minor repairs, and even pitch in with landscaping tasks.

Quality Control & Safety First

• Inspect shipments, take photos of damages, and verify all packing slips.
• Champion safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.

Team Support & Customer Service

• Work cross-functionally to support various departments.
• Provide friendly, professional service to both internal teams and external partners.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role—bonus points for background with OEMs in heavy construction equipment
• Mechanically inclined
• Mechanical knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and related yard equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Great communicator, team player, and always ready to lend a hand
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
