About the role

Job Description

As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements and managing a team of auditors. You will ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards and that audit findings are communicated effectively to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead audit engagements from planning to execution.
  • Manage a team of auditors and provide guidance and support.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional designation (CPA, CIA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an asset.
