Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or with up to 5 years of experience to step into a client-facing role, drive sales, and contribute directly to the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand project needs and align our services
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with project and development teams to ensure seamless client handover and delivery
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company at virtual events, meetings, and networking sessions
Qualifications:
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (experience in digital agencies or tech firms is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for digital solutions, web development, and emerging technologies
- Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and online lead generation platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
